Daryl Dunbar
Daryl Dunbar is CEO of Claymont Asia Pacific and one of the region’s most experienced data-centre executives. Formerly Asia-Pacific CEO of Digital Realty, he played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling one of the first large-scale, carrier-neutral data-centre platforms across the region.
With decades of leadership experience, Daryl brings unmatched operational depth across hyperscale deployments, enterprise colocation, and AI-ready infrastructure. He has led complex buildouts, operational scaling, and customer integrations across multiple APAC markets.
At Claymont APAC, Daryl provides executive leadership for Asia-Pacific, ensuring that AI data-centre projects meet global Tier III/IV standards while remaining commercially and operationally resilient. His leadership anchors the platform’s credibility with hyperscalers, enterprises, and institutional investors.

Head of DC Sustainability
Yogeshkumar Ratnakumar
Yogeshkumar Ratnakumar leads sustainability, ESG, and renewable-energy strategy across Claymont. He brings deep expertise in ESG reporting, carbon management, and renewable-energy integration for infrastructure assets.
Yogesh designs and oversees monitoring frameworks that align with global standards while delivering practical, data-driven sustainability outcomes. His work ensures compliance with institutional ESG requirements and supports long-term asset value through energy efficiency and emissions optimisation.
He has led transformative initiatives and board advisory appointments on sustainability subjects to start-ups, large property developers and financial institutions. He holds a master’s in physics, an Executive MBA from INSEAD and multiple certifications (GRI, TCFD, SASB, GRESB, GSDC, Agile, etc)".
At Claymont, he plays a central role in building greener AI infrastructure—integrating renewables, improving PUE, and enabling transparent sustainability reporting for investors and stakeholders.

Mustapha Morass
Mustapha Morass is a leading European authority on green data-centre development and a prominent speaker at the World Economic Forum. He leads Claymont’s AILO–Fossefall platform across the Nordics, France, the United Kingdom, and Lithuania, focusing on low-carbon, AI-ready digital infrastructure anchored by renewable power.
Mustapha brings deep operational and policy-level insight, bridging governments, utilities, and institutional capital to accelerate next-generation infrastructure delivery in highly regulated markets.
At Claymont, he drives Europe’s sustainable AI-data-centre strategy—positioning the platform as a trusted partner for sovereigns, hyperscalers, and long-term infrastructure investors.

Alexander Gummenscheimer
Alexander Gummenscheimer leads global data-centre engineering and programme design for Claymont. Formerly with Keppel Infrastructure Singapore, he brings deep expertise in mission-critical engineering, power systems, and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
Alexander has overseen the design and execution of complex data-centre programmes, integrating power, cooling, resilience, and scalability requirements for hyperscale and AI-driven workloads. His experience spans concept design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
At Claymont-Equivator, he ensures technical excellence, cost discipline, and delivery certainty across global deployments—translating investment theses into buildable, bankable, and future-ready infrastructure assets.

Enes Åžehzade
Enes Åžehzade is Founder and CEO of Claymont-Equivator.ai in the Middle East and the Founder of Equivator, a GCC-based investment and operating platform with a USD 100 million capital base. A deep regional operator, Enes brings hands-on experience executing investments across energy transition, digital infrastructure, and industrial platforms in the Gulf.
He is recognised for his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, align with sovereign stakeholders, and translate capital into executable, cash-generative assets. Enes combines strong local relationships with international institutional standards, positioning Claymont-Equivator as a trusted bridge between global capital and Middle Eastern infrastructure opportunities.
Under his leadership, the Middle East platform focuses on AI-ready data centres, power-secured infrastructure, and long-term offtake-backed projects, ensuring disciplined deployment, regional relevance, and scalable growth.

Dani Ahad
Dani Ahad leads global investor relations and infrastructure fundraising for Claymont. He brings strong experience working with institutional investors, private equity, private credit, and strategic capital partners across complex infrastructure platforms.
Dani specialises in positioning AI and digital-infrastructure opportunities for investment committees—translating technical execution, power strategy, and offtake structures into clear, bankable equity and debt narratives.
He anchors the capital-markets interface, supporting fund raises, co-investment structures, and project-level financing across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, ensuring institutional credibility and consistency as the platform scales.

Xavier Poisson Gouyou Beauchamps leads global commercial strategy and end-customer success for Claymont. Formerly with HP, where he managed global partnerships, Xavier brings unparalleled experience working with hyperscalers, enterprises, and strategic technology partners.
He specialises in structuring long-term offtake agreements, enterprise AI infrastructure solutions, and strategic partnerships that underpin bankable investment outcomes. His global network enables Claymont-Equivator to secure anchor customers early, de-risking projects and accelerating capital deployment.
Xavier’s leadership ensures strong customer alignment, commercial clarity, and durable revenue frameworks across AI and digital-infrastructure platforms.

Florian Lololum
Florian Loloum is Chairman of Claymont and a seasoned global infrastructure leader with a proven track record across AI data centres, digital infrastructure, and large-scale capital formation. He has led and advised on the structuring and raising of over USD 3.5 billion in financing across complex, multi-jurisdictional infrastructure platforms, working closely with institutional investors, sovereign capital, and strategic partners.
Florian is a driving force behind the Dapple Network, a joint venture comprising senior leaders formerly from N-Scale Europe and the U.S. Department of Energy, which has delivered some of the largest GPU and AI compute deployments in Europe. His expertise spans capital stack engineering, hyperscale execution, and governance of mission-critical digital assets.

Previously as Deloitte’s and EY managing partner and partner and deep experiences in Japan’s Softbank, Fabian is also responsible for driving Claymont’s strategic partnerships, including the Accenture collaboration across Asia-Pacific, aligning advisory, technology, and execution capabilities for AI infrastructure deployment. His background spans capital structuring, cross-border platform building, and offtake-led growth strategies.
